SUMMARY:

We’re seeking an experienced EPM Systems Analyst to support documentation of planned enhancements and upcoming projects for 2025. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst with experience in Oracle EPM or other finance/accounting systems, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Experience with Accounting/Finance systems (ERP, EPM, SCM, Budgeting, Reconciliation, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced data analysis and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of application development, integration, and data flows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication across technical and business teams
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to change
• Collaborative mindset and experience facilitating cross-functional discussions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Oracle EPM or similar platforms (Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream XF, Jedox)
• Finance or Accounting background
• Experience with process/data mapping, change management, and stakeholder training

• Support enhancements and rollout of Oracle EPM modules
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure effective implementation
• Analyze data flows and perform data validation and transformation
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
