Responsibilities:
The Finance & Accounting Team has fiduciary responsibility for financial aspects of our end-to-end business, including all accounting and regulatory facets of Product, from ‘Farm to Fork’ … Facilities, from ‘Greenfield to Sunset’ … and Partners, from ‘Recruit to Retire.’
As a Systems Analyst III, Accounting and Finance, Point-of-Sale partner, you’ll identify, document, analyze, and communicate Accounting and related financial systems solutions to meet business needs.
This role will work closely with existing Point-of-Sale Accounting Partners, as well as cross-functionally with many stakeholders throughout the company. It will also focus on opportunities to enrich controls, processes, & procedures tied to accounting aspects of the Point-of-Sale system, as well as corresponding accounting store support functions.

We are looking for:

• a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, accounting, or related field
• business / tech experience

What is the work?

Analytics / Design & Development:

• Leads the team effort / accountable to identify, analyze, document, facilitate implementation, and communicate solutions to meet business needs
• Supports software development efforts (coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging), managing timelines, technical documentation; contributes to system and application design
• Leads the defining / documenting of current and future operational scenarios; works with other business areas, client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions / business requirements
• Leads the delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon timeframes
• Leads the analysis of probable impact of recommendations / solutions for client groups
• Leads the team in conducting post-implementation analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
• Proactively identifies issues / gaps in current processes
• Troubleshoots system issues of that are more complex; continuously monitors accounting software for accuracy
• Presents clear, reliable, accurate financial information to regulators and stakeholders
• Supports internal controls, policy development, research, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Serves as mentor to Systems Analysts

What is your background?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accoutning, business, or related field
• 6+ years of business / tech experience
• Experience in project management / planning
