SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar ICT role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and process improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or quality control environments will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, APIs, or data visualisation tools desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will reduce reliance on external IT providers and support Interpack’s ongoing digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving ERP, production tracking, quality control, and logistics systems to ensure seamless integration with our automated manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and document business and system requirements across production, warehouse, quality assurance, and management teams.
  • Analyse and optimise ERP modules covering procurement, inventory, production scheduling, and logistics.
  • Integrate visual monitoring systems (camera-based quality checks) into production processes.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualisation tools to monitor performance indicators such as output, downtime, and defect rates.
  • Support predictive maintenance initiatives by analysing equipment data and reporting potential issues.
  • Ensure quality assurance systems comply with FSSC 22000 standards and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to implement system improvements.
  • Provide technical support, staff training, and maintain documentation to ensure system continuity.
