We’re searching for a Systems Analyst (Epic MyChart). In this position, you will review, analyze, and modify programming systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting applications. You will also consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application. Think you’ve got what it takes? Job Duties & Responsibilities • Translates users’ needs into detail requirement specifications • Identifies system or application needs • Analysis of current business practices, user needs and workflow processes • Document the current as is & to be business processes • Assists in vendor analysis and selection • Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations • Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle • Performs configuration analysis for system design associated small and less complex projects • Analyzes system problems and modifications • Coordinates implementation and upgrades of integrated systems Skills & Requirements · Required H.S. Diploma or GED · Required 4 years' experience in information systems · Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience · Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. · Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis · Hospital information systems experience - preferred · Epic MyChart- experience preferred
