iTechnology Australia is looking to employ a full time Systems Analyst based in Perth to contribute across technical and functional software product support, maintenance and development activities of our clients.
Annual salary: $78,000 pa plus superannuation
iTechnology Australia was founded with the goal of providing top-notch computer repair services to businesses and individuals. Our services include software installation, troubleshooting, and optimization, virus and malware removal, data recovery, network setup and maintenance, and network configuration solutions.
To be considered for this role you must have;
1. Australian recognized Bachelor Degree in Computing
2. 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
3. Proficient in VMware, vSphere, vCentre, Microsoft Azure, SCCM, Intune & Manage Engine Endpoint Central
Duties & Responsibilities
· working with users to formulate and document business requirements
· identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
· using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
· Play an active role across the systems implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and prototyping to testing and deployment.
· taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
· creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
· using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
· in the system project decision making process
· Monitor and resolve production incidents and support requests to keep systems running smoothly.
· Configure and maintain ERP systems to meet changing business needs.
· Collaborate in Agile sprints and contribute to high-impact development deliverables.
· Engage with vendors and managed services providers to ensure high-quality external support.
