• Business Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with business units to build strong relationships and streamline processes within and adjacent to our ERP systems, leveraging ERP features and capabilities whenever possible.
• ERP System Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the current ERP system to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that align with business processes and objectives.
• User Support & Training: Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and guidance on ERP best practices to maximize user efficiency.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new functionalities, system enhancements, or process improvements.
• System Configuration & Customization: Guide developers and application support in the configuration and customization of ERP modules to meet evolving business needs, ensuring proper testing and documentation.
• Projects: Participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and system integrations, while ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with the Business and Data Team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure team, development team, and external vendors to ensure system stability, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user training materials. Develop templates and standards the team can leverage as they create documentation.
