Key Responsibilities Act as the point of contact for the Collaborative Ground Segment and DestinE Platform user community support within the Earth Observation domain. Manage and triage user requests, analysing system and service logs to identify the related functional area and routing issues to the appropriate technical or development teams. Support users during software release phases, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. Support service providers and relevant stakeholders in the Onboarding Integration process as defined in the DestinE Platform user community framework. Participate in monthly coordination meetings with the ESA customer and internal project teams. Provide technical and operational support related to Sentinel Data Dissemination Systems. Contribute to the analysis and improvement of data access and processing workflows. Drive innovation and provide proactive support to optimize and streamline processes. Contribute to advancements in data access services within the scope of Collaborative Ground Segment and DestinE Platform operations. Skills Excellent English, both spoken and written. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude. Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed teams. Analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand technical issues from logs and user reports. Ability to promptly report potential issues or blockers to service/project coordinators and managers. Hands-on experience with Earth Observation data, especially Sentinel missions, DestinE Climate DT data and related dissemination systems. Solid knowledge and operational experience with satellite data formats, particularly ZARR. Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting. Good working knowledge of Linux environments and data analysis workflows. Good working with Jira or other issue tracking tools. Familiarity with ESA data access systems and Collaborative Ground Segment infrastructure. Understanding of data processing pipelines and API-based services for EO data. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and contribute to user knowledge bases. Previous experience in customer support or service operations roles within the space sector is an asset
