Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Systems Analyst I, II or III for our Integration Management Office department.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Business and Systems Requirements Analysis: You leverage your deep understanding to collaborate with interested parties to gather and document business and technical requirements related bugs and/or new feature requests. Utilizing tools like AzureDevOps, Jira, Trello, Miro you are capture user stories, including success criteria and intricate business logic. Analyze these requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Conduct gap analysis to determine system enhancements or modifications needed to improve performance, functionality, or user experience.
- System Configuration and Support: Configure and maintain systems based on business needs and technical requirements. Ensure that the system is properly integrated with other applications and interfaces, such as but not limited to (enterprise service buses, data integration layers, payment processing gateways, ERPs, and other related platforms). Provide technical support for systems, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and working with technical teams to implement solutions and system improvements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and ensure thorough testing of system enhancements, updates, and new modules. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with interested parties to ensure the system meets their expectations before deployment. Monitor system performance post-deployment and assist in ongoing system maintenance, ensuring its stability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- User Experience: Depending on proficiency level, an increasingly deep understanding of user experience / user interface considerations in delivery of digital banking solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Related Field with a focus on financial systems is typically required. This foundation helps in understanding both the technical and financial aspects of systems supporting operations of a Canadian Financial Institution.
- Equivalent real-life experience overseeing the delivery in a fast paced / mission-critical technology environment will also be considered.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
