We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Epic Inpatient and Orders Team, supporting Epic Stork. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maternal and newborn care workflows and ready to contribute to one of the nation’s top-ranked children’s hospitals. Why Join Us? After the first 90 days, we offer remote flexibility, though we prefer candidates living within 50 miles of The Medical Center. Occasional onsite support is needed for workflows involving Rover and Smartpumps. Core Responsibilities: Translate user needs into detailed Epic Stork requirements. Analyze and document current and future workflows. Support Epic system installation and configuration. Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to optimize maternal care processes. Skills & Requirements • Required H.S. Diploma or GED • Preferred bachelor's degree computer science, business administration, healthcare administration or another related field • Preferred Epic certification • Required 9 years' experience in hospital information systems selection, implementation, and support • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. • Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis. • Direct work experience at the Epic Systems Corporation © will be counted at a premium, with every one (1) year of Epic Systems Corporation © experience counted as two (2) years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Epic certification (Stork preferred). Clinical background in OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, or NICU. Strong communication and project coordination skills.
