We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Systems Analyst (Robotics) to help drive our automation and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and working closely with development teams to deliver effective solutions—particularly using UiPath. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document automation and AI-related requirements. • Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement, recommending strategies that leverage RPA and intelligent automation technologies. • Partner with development teams to design and validate automation workflows, including those built in UiPath, ensuring alignment with business and technical standards. • Perform minor updates and enhancements to existing automation solutions, occasionally using UiPath Studio for configuration and adjustments. • Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, validating outcomes, and assisting in debugging and troubleshooting issues throughout the automation lifecycle. • Monitor automation platforms (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator) for performance, exceptions, and incidents, and coordinate resolution efforts with support and development teams. • Maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, solution designs, and operational support materials. • Ensure automation solutions comply with organizational security, data privacy, and governance standards by collaborating with IT and compliance teams. • Evaluate existing automation implementations for scalability and performance and recommend optimization strategies. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on automation best practices, reusable components, and emerging technologies such as AI Agents. Skills & Requirements • H.S. Diploma or GED • 8 years of major system design and implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. A master's degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2), years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis • 2 - 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business process improvement, or automation-related roles. • Strong understanding of automation concepts, including RPA, AI Agents, and intelligent document processing. • 2 years’ experience working with UiPath • Familiarity with UiPath components such as Studio, Orchestrator, and AI Center is preferred.
