TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT as a Systems and Network Administrator
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues (level 2 and 3 support)
• Experience and familiarity with the following products:
  o Cisco Meraki, Dell, and Fortinet networking management: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot devices (firewalls, switches, VPNs) to ensure network security
  o Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
  o Microsoft Azure AD Synchronization
  o Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Modern Desktop deployment
  o Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  o Microsoft Azure Backup Service Vaults
  o Veeam Backup and Replication tools
  o Windows 10/11

o Windows Server 2019/2022

• Additional concepts we’re looking for:

o SSO, SAML, MFA, and Conditional Access management
o PKI concepts

o Virtualization

• Incident management, identifying root causes, and analyzing the best solutions to minimize future impacts and outages for the environment
• Training and supporting users
• Service Provider Management (ISPs and other third-party providers)
• PowerShell Scripting
• Service-based Monitoring
• On-call emergency phone rotation during evenings and weekends
