What you’ll do: Lead and manage engagement workstreams end-to-end, acting as the primary client contact in assessing the design and operating effectiveness of technology (including AI) and process controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements Evaluate clients’ technology (including AI) environments including application controls, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, ethics, and model risk, and IT governance frameworks Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams specialising in technology (including AI) and process controls, AI, security and resilience Collaborate with clients to identify technology (including AI) risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies that enhance the overall control environment Design and execute data-driven audit procedures using analytics, automation, AI (agentic, generative) for digitally enabled and continuous controls assurance. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in modern digital audit methodology leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to enable technology-driven assurance What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing digital audit engagements within professional services or industry, covering areas such as application controls, IT general controls, cybersecurity, AI governance, and IT governance Strong technical knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements Enjoys and would like to further develop in leading and mentoring teams with a focus on technology (including AI) controls assurance Experience in third party assurance engagements and reporting (e.g. ASAE 3402, GS007, or similar) Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations Interest or experience in leveraging AI, automation, cloud, or data analytics (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is highly regarded Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or progress toward CA/CPA are highly regarded but we value capability, judgement, and impact just as much as formal credentials.
