Job Description The Systems Assurance and RAMS Manager will lead systems assurance and RAMS activities for major rail projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements and performance targets across design and construction phases. Key Requirements University degree in Engineering or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. Chartered Engineer status desirable. Minimum fifteen years’ experience in management of rail design and or construction projects. Extensive expertise in Systems Assurance and RAMS. Must have held the same position on at least one project of similar size and complexity. Middle East experience highly advantageous. UAE experience mandatory where required by project requirements.
