POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Systems and Automation Specialist at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable systems that elevate our operations and redefine luxury outdoor hospitality. Collaborating across departments, you’ll streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure our award-winning guest experience continues to shine.

Systems and Automation Specialist at Bolt Farm Treehouse, you will be at the forefront of sculpting and deploying scalable systems that take our outdoor luxury game to the next level. You’ll be collaborating with teams across the board, laser-focusing them on ops-brilliance, all while serving up our award-winning level guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of system and process improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and other cloud-based tools; experience with AI and automation is a plus.
  • Hospitality Background: Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Education: A diploma in Business or Operations Management is preferred, but practical results and experience matter most.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, translating complex tech jargon into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, with outstanding project management capabilities.
