Nooter/Eriksen is seeking a Systems/Commissioning &Testing Engineer to join the Thermal Design Team in Fenton, MO. This role is part of a team that is responsible for providing operational and performance testing support on all jobs and serve as company expert regarding HRSG operational theory, as well as providing technical expertise in auxiliary equipment provided with both core product and new products. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid position depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with strength in thermo-fluid sciences.
  • Ability to read and understand complex technical material, complete detailed calculations with precise results and summarize the results in a clear and concise report, think originally, and exercise good judgment.
  • Must have Mechanical skills for installing testing equipment and working around high temperature and high-pressure systems with all necessary safety. This includes the use of hand tools, working at heights and near high temperature, high pressure systems with necessary safety protocols/training.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with others in the office and on jobsites, including customers and plant operations personnel.
  • Must project a confident and educated demeanor with strong public speaking skills.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, detail-oriented, highly professional, organized, trustworthy team player, with proficiency in English
