Description

The post holder will primarily be working in Redwood Education Centre in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital but will also be required to work in the Cheltenham office based in Sandford Education Centre.The post holder will complete a comprehensive training competency programme and should be prepared to gain specialist knowledge and experience of Care Identity Management (CIM) and Electronic Staff Records (ESR) functionality in order to deliver a high standard service to the Trust. There will be a requirement to prioritise incoming enquiries and tasks whilst providing an excellent customer service to visiting colleagues. The post holder will need good IT skills, have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
