MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 3 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation. * 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 3 years of experience with software engineering in a cloud/infrastructure environment. * Experience with on-premises/hybrid products. * Knowledge of building and operating compute infrastructure. * Understanding of cloud platforms, including architectural. * Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work with peer engineers and managers within Google teams to design, implement and test software tools, services and automation. * Partner with internal cross-functional organizations and external vendors and partners. * Contribute to customer advocacy by understanding user needs and helping to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. * Support the team in maintaining and enhancing product, engineering, operational, and support excellence to ensure reliable and high-performance operations. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Support) to ensure the timely delivery of new product initiatives.
