Description Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who must have a very strong compliance background as it relates to our Customer’s mission. The Compliance Engineer serves as the technical bridge between product development and policy/compliance/legal requirements. This role aids with the designs, implementation, and maintenance of engineering solutions to enforce internal/external policies and compliance obligations while mitigating risk across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with legal, compliance, policy, product, and operations teams to embed compliance into architecture, code, and infrastructure. They must also be able to apply that experience and knowledge to ongoing development projects (i.e. analytics, user interfaces, APIs, etc.). Requirements Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen Minimum Qualifications: Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. This position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third party staffing/recruiting firms.
