Ensure infrastructure complies with internal security policies and external regulatory standards (FFIEC, NCUA, GLBA). Support vulnerability remediation efforts, access control management, and audit response processes. Administer backup and recovery solutions using Rubrik and AWS native services such as AWS Backup and EBS/RDS Snapshots. Test, document, and support business continuity plans for both on-prem and cloud-hosted workloads. Serve as Tier-3 support for infrastructure and cloud-related issues escalated by the help desk or project teams. Collaborate with engineers, application owners, and vendors to implement secure, scalable infrastructure solutions. Contribute to system documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
