Overview Location: 100%Onsite - Office location just North of Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder The A.C.Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Systems Engineer role. This individual is responsible for the design, security, and operational reliability of the organization’s core IT infrastructure. This role serves as a senior technical resource, leading infrastructure projects, and supporting critical systems. Responsibilities Design, implement, and support on‑premise and cloud-based infrastructure Administer Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, and Azure Maintain HPE Nimble and NAS storage platforms Manage Citrix and IGEL environments for remote access and virtualization Lead system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management Serve as escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems issues Support cybersecurity controls, access management, and audit readiness Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects and vendor coordination Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to support operational needs Qualifications Required: 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration or infrastructure engineering Strong expertise with Microsoft server and endpoint environments Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Nutanix) Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills a must Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments Working knowledge of networking principles Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred: Proficiency with Citrix Any Microsoft Azure administration experience PowerShell or automation experience Cybersecurity or infrastructure certifications (Microsoft, VMware, security-related) Experience with disaster recovery planning and incident response
