NCS is a subsidiary of the Singtel Group. Job Description As a Systems Engineer, this role will be stationed at the customer's office, working under the supervision and guidance of the customer team. The role will support the Project Manager (PM) of the NCS team and collaborate with other NCS members who are seconded to the customer for a specific project. What will you do? Procurement and Project Management/Operational Support: Assist in procurement processes and provide operational support to the customer. Participate in activities such as: Architectural Security Review (ASR) and Remediation of Penetration Test (PT) findings. Audits (IM8, Cybersecurity, etc.). Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) planning. Conduct Threat Risk Assessments (TRA). Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and polls from relevant customer staff. Privileged Account Management: Perform monthly reviews of privileged accounts to ensure compliance and security. Waivers and Exceptions: Raise waivers and manage exceptions related to IM8, Cybersecurity Code of Practice, Circulars, and other regulations. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the project and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, procurement, or IT operations support. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
