REQUIRED

• Associated Degree or higher
• 5 years or more working experience
• Experience in Firewalls, Switches, WAPs, Networking, Virtualization
• Experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Servers
• One Current Specialization Certifications
• Strong initiative to learn new technologies.

• Provide customer service support to end-users via phone, email, chat, remote diagnostic tools, or onsite.
• Provide installation, support and updates for VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Provide installation, support and updates for servers.
• Provide installation, support, installation, and updates to customer’s line of business applications.
• Provide support, installation, and updates to network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless devices for advance networks.
• Ability to take on technical leadership with projects.
• Ability to work with clients at a basic consultancy level
• Documentation gathering and updating.
• Resolve service tickets based on approved Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work independently or with team members to diagnose problems and attain resolution within designated Service Level Agreements.
• This position requires working on a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
