About the role: PMAT is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer with operational experience and expertise serving on Joint and coalition staffs, particularly within the Pacific Rim region, to support Project Overmatch in San Diego, CA. The candidate will act as a key liaison with coalition partners, focusing on the integration of Joint communication systems to enhance interoperability and mission effectiveness. A strong background in communication systems, including Link 16, Link 22, and Joint satellite communication systems, is essential for this role, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international partners in advancing secure and resilient communication capabilities.
