REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Professional certifications within infrastructure-related areas, while not a minimum requirement, would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Design and Implementation:

  • Design and implement new systems and solutions to support business operations.
  • Develop and manage system configurations and ensure compliance with company
  • policies.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate systems and applications.

System Maintenance and Support:

  • Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure high levels of availability and
  • security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and availability.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Manage and configure servers, networks, and storage solutions.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies and cloud services.
  • Ensure infrastructure scalability and redundancy to support business growth and
  • continuity.

Security Management:

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead or participate in IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with hardware and software vendors.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
  • Ensure that vendor contracts and service level agreements are met.
