We’re hiring a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support complex Navy IT systems—planning, designing, integrating, and leading installation and modernization efforts across Navy networks. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and on-site work at the client location.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive systems engineering support for emerging platform requirements and integration efforts
  • Review and develop technical documentation, specifications, and drawings
  • Actively participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), teleconferences, and Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events
  • Provide expert technical and programmatic guidance across communications systems, cybersecurity, and anti-tamper domains
  • Support configuration management, system protection, reliability analysis, COMSEC, TEMPEST, electrical power, manufacturing, safety, and human factors engineering
  • Verify and evaluate complex system designs to ensure compliance with functional specifications and mission requirements
  • Apply systems engineering principles to assess and comment on specifications, interface control documents, and design reviews
  • Support the development and validation of Functional, Allocated, and Product Baselines (FBL, ABL, PBL)
  • Review Technical Data Packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Conduct systems engineering analyses, trade studies, and feasibility assessments.
  • Provide input for Analyses of Alternatives (AoA) and other decision-support activities.
  • Define, document, and analyze system-of-systems requirements.
  • Support external testing activities, including lab, range, and flight test events.
  • Define and allocate technical requirements across engineering teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify risks and support system improvements.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Work with enterprise technologies including virtualization, storage, switches, and secure server environments.
