The following tasks await you:

- Capturing and translating customer requirements into system specifications and acceptance criteria

- Designing the technical roadmap and breaking it down into tasks and milestones

- Prioritizing the product backlog, taking into account features, improvements, and customer feedback

- Managing the development of high-performance and user-friendly Qt/QML interfaces

- Early risk identification and proactive problem solving

- Ensuring on-time product deliveries within budget and quality specifications

- Coordinating external partners and suppliers

- Analyzing and reporting progress, challenges, and customer feedback

We are looking for:

- A completed university degree in computer science, aerospace engineering, or a comparable qualification

- Professional experience in engineering, aerospace engineering, and the entire system engineering lifecycle of simulation projects, as well as in managing external suppliers and subcontractors

- Understanding of modern software development methods

- Knowledge of military aviation systems, operational procedures, and mission processes is advantageous

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a proactive and pragmatic approach to work

- Enthusiasm for simulations

- Fluent English skills, German language skills Advantages
