What You’ll Do Manage requirements and validation activities across the engineering lifecycle. Prepare technical performance measures and customer deliverables. Provide technical support to the JP8190 SEM and Technical Director. Monitor day-to-day engineering operations, including verification and validation. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Perform proactive analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred). 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management. Understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and its implementation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Registration on the National Engineering Register (NER) (or active pathway). Bonus Skills Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation. Experience in V&V Engineering and ILS Engineering. Ability to anticipate problems and develop innovative solutions. Why Join Us?
