We are looking for a Systems Engineer - Maritime Systems for a position at a renowned company in Hamburg, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Evaluation and analysis of the performance of modern command and control and weapon systems – both at the conceptual and technical detail level
• Development of overall system concepts for maritime capability carriers
• Advising our customers on current and future technologies and trends in the field of command and weapons technology
• Technical support and collaboration in the development of autonomous maritime systems
• Development of innovative integration concepts for unmanned vehicles into existing system architectures
• Definition of technical requirements for autonomous maritime systems – taking into account military operational scenarios and environmental conditions
• Technical support for customers and internal teams regarding questions about command and control equipment and weapons technology
• Independent communication with clients as well as presentation and documentation of project results.

Your profile

• Completed studies in engineering, computer science, communications engineering, defense technology or a comparable qualification
• Experience in systems analysis or systems development, ideally in a maritime or defense technology environment
• Knowledge in the design and integration of complex technical systems
• High interest in new technologies and innovative solutions – especially in the field of autonomous systems
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills and a confident demeanor towards customers
• Excellent German and English skills (spoken)
