Description
Manage and maintain PCAT (Process Control and Test) systems to ensure accurate and reliable process monitoring and product testing. Lead the implementation of DMM (Dynamic Machine Management) in fabrication and assembly processes. Serve as the functional leader for DMM Administrators. Serve as the Site Responsible Person (SRP) for electrical test safety, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory safety standards. Develop and implement test strategies and control plans to support manufacturing quality and efficiency. Monitor and analyze test data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions. Lead risk assessments and safety audits for electrical test equipment and processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality) to resolve technical issues and improve test processes. Maintain documentation and records for PCAT systems and electrical safety compliance. Train and mentor personnel on safe electrical testing practices and proper use of PCAT systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process control, test accuracy, and safety performance. Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of test equipment to meet operational and safety requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution. Minimum one (1) year of engineering or technical experience in design and/or manufacturing. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Hodges facility (50 mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and troubleshooting electrical test systems Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for process control, data integration, or production tracking. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and safety training. Experience with process control systems, automated test equipment (ATE), and data acquisition tools. Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, IEC 61010, OSHA requirements). Familiarity with PLC programming, industrial automation, and test software (LabVIEW, TestStand, etc.). Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex test systems. Ability to lead risk assessments and implement corrective actions. Experience with data analysis for process optimization and yield improvement.
