EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Systems Engineers with Land or Maritime experience to support the delivery of advanced defence technology solutions. This role will focus on the design, integration, and validation of complex systems aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and protecting personnel and assets.

Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Systems Engineers collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and defence partners to develop scalable, modular, and mission-ready solutions. Our team plays a key role in shaping innovative technologies that address emerging challenges in the defence landscape.

Under the direction of a designated Team leader, our team performs the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:

  • Design and architect integrated systems across multiple technology domains.
  • Translate operational needs into technical specifications and system models.
  • Lead integration of subsystems involving sensors, communications, and control platforms.
  • Develop and execute test plans, simulations, and trials to validate system performance.
  • Manage system-level risks, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and adhere to relevant standards.
