WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for experts in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with background and interest in Systems and Networking Engineering.

If this position sounds like a perfect fit for you, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software development tools.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

  • Familiarity with networking techniques (including switching and routing).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project requirements, timelines, and team member roles. Ensure successful delivery of products that meet all acceptance criteria.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Act as a technical expert and fill in as a developer when necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them. Resolve issues that arise during the development process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality output by reviewing deliverables and providing constructive feedback. Implement best practices and standards for software development
