This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer, GTM in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to optimize, automate, and scale go-to-market (GTM) systems and processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements across tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clari, Ironclad, and Zendesk. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, pipeline generation, and cross-functional collaboration. This position combines technical expertise with business acumen, allowing you to influence process design, integrations, and system enhancements across multiple teams while staying at the forefront of SaaS GTM operations. Accountabilities: Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Map current and future-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities. Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot GTM systems to support evolving business needs. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, developers, and solutions architects on complex projects and integrations. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system development. Lead root cause analysis for systemic issues and recommend long-term solutions. Maintain up-to-date process and system documentation. Stay informed on GTM system releases, industry trends, and process best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in a SaaS GTM environment as a BSA, Admin, or similar role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related GTM tools such as Clari, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and Ironclad. Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong skills in process mapping, optimization, and automation. Expert understanding of SaaS business models. Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato) and Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Curiosity and openness to learning emerging technologies such as AI. Competitive base salary aligned with geographic pay zones ($101,000–$155,000 USD) and eligibility for company-wide bonus program.
