We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Construction Engineer to lead and deliver construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead internal teams and external partners (consultants, contractors, vendors) while maintaining strong collaboration with business units such as finance, engineering, and EHS. Resource Management: Prepare and manage project Utilization chart, monitor performance metrics, forecast labor costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Schedule Management: Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones and deadlines. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify potential risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues promptly to safeguard project delivery. Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to building codes, labor laws, safety regulations, and internal quality standards. Reporting & Documentation: Provide timely project updates to senior leadership and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Project Lifecycle Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emerging industry trends. Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage effectively with teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Organizational Ability: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills to manage complex projects efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. 7 Years of Experience managing large-scale or multi-site construction projects. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies. Strong knowledge of ELV, ICT infrastructure, security systems, and relevant industry standards and regulations. Excellent Construction management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
