As a Systems Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in managing, securing, and evolving Grand & Toy’s core infrastructure. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge platforms, support compliance and security, and drive technology projects that make a difference.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED?

• ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE:Proven ability to manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware platforms in a production environment.
• WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SECURITY OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE STANDARDS:Experience supporting audits, implementing controls, and remediating vulnerabilities (PCI DSS, SOX).
• DEMONSTRATED ACCOUNTABILITY AND INDEPENDENT PROBLEM-SOLVING:Takes ownership of tasks, follows through without prompting, and proactively resolves complex technical issues.
• STRONG DOCUMENTATION AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION SKILLS:Communicates clearly and produces well-structured runbooks and process documentation.
• EXPERIENCE WITH HYBRID CLOUD ENVIRONMENTS:Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and supporting modern identity, endpoint, and SaaS ecosystems.
• HANDS-ON USE OF SECURITY MONITORING AND RESPONSE TOOLS:Experience with tools such as Sentinel, Defender, or Qualys to enhance threat detection and response.

• MANAGE AND SUPPORT CORE INFRASTRUCTURE:Oversee Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise storage environments. Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for business continuity and disaster recovery.
