We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex systems involving both hardware and software components. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless system integration across our engineering functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and a passion for innovation and quality.
Salary: $100 -$120k base salary + Sales Commission + Profit Sharing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Systems Engineering
• Proven experience in systems engineering or a similar role
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration principles
• Proficiency in tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or other modeling software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

• Define system requirements and specifications (Engineering Requirement Specifications)
• Design and integrate hardware and software components
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and maintainability
• Perform risk analysis and system validation
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software)
