Position Title: Systems Engineer Location: San Diego, CA Clearance: Secret   ISPA Technology is seeking a Systems Engineer to support engineering, analysis, testing, and enterprise modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical analysis, systems engineering support, interoperability assessments, and stakeholder coordination across complex DoD environments. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with systems lifecycle processes, and the ability to support the integration, verification, and sustainment of enterprise capabilities.   Key Responsibilities * Extract, analyze, and report technical, programmatic, and financial data to support enterprise projects, Requests for Change (RFCs), and Requests for Information (RFIs). * Coordinate with engineering, production, IV&V, Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Configuration Management (CM), and installation teams to support project execution and enterprise change initiatives. * Prepare and deliver recurring reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve processes, documentation, and operational performance. * Develop, review, and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, specifications, change requests, and verification artifacts supporting enterprise solutions and capabilities. * Support testing, validation, and interoperability assessments to ensure compliance with DoD, joint, and international integration requirements for C4ISR systems. * Coordinate engineering deliverables with stakeholders to support system implementation, accreditation, turnover, and sustainment activities. * Develop analytical products, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements to support engineering, acquisition, and lifecycle management activities. * Identify performance requirements, establish measures of effectiveness, track metrics, and document results to support successful system integration and modernization efforts. * Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document technical findings, and provide recommendations using applicable engineering and program management frameworks. Desired Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. * Minimum 7 years of professional experience in systems engineering. * Experience supporting DoD, Navy, NAVWAR, NIWC, or enterprise IT modernization programs. * Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes, configuration management, testing, and interoperability requirements. * Familiarity with C4ISR systems, enterprise networks, and engineering documentation standards. * Strong analytical, technical writing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
