POSITION OVERVIEW

ISPA Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to provide technical and strategic support to programs under the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in system development, integration, testing, and enterprise architecture, supporting mission-critical systems that drive naval operations and readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, preferably in a Navy or DoD environment.
  • Experience conducting and supporting Naval technical reviews and generating formal engineering artifacts.
  • Demonstrated coordination of test and evaluation efforts for complex systems-of-systems or C4I solutions.
  • Background in enterprise architecture including the maintenance and modernization of IT infrastructure to support evolving operational goals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in Naval Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) including SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and FCA/PCA.
  • Develop and maintain system engineering documentation including System Engineering Plans (SEP), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Specifications, and Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).
  • Provide end-to-end systems engineering support throughout the systems development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration planning, and verification & validation.
  • Coordinate and support systems test and evaluation activities across multiple platforms and environments to validate performance and compliance with Navy standards.
  • Apply enterprise architecture principles to establish and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient IT infrastructure supporting current and future mission needs.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders including program managers, system owners, engineers, and government sponsors to meet schedule, performance, and compliance goals.
