They develop innovative system-of-systems architectures for complex unmanned land systems.
You will be responsible for the technical support of projects within the German Armed Forces and international programs.
You actively support studies as well as research and technology projects – for example, within the framework of iMUGS2.
New projects and programs will accompany you during the acquisition phase through the development of technical concepts and solutions.
You create requirements documents and system architectures and continuously develop them further.
As the central contact person, you will coordinate integration issues, especially in the area of manned/unmanned teaming.
You will further develop technology concepts and support their implementation through demonstrators and trials.
Your responsibilities include technical coordination with internal departments, external partners, and potential subcontractors.
What you bring
They have successfully completed a technical degree or a comparable qualification.
You bring professional experience in one or more areas such as requirements engineering, systems engineering, hardware, software, artificial intelligence, robotics, mechatronics, embedded systems, vehicle bus systems or sensor technology.
You have a proven track record of experience in the design of complex systems and system-of-systems architectures.
Knowledge of requirements management, architecture modeling (logical and functional), and the specification of systems and subsystems are part of your professional repertoire.
Ideally, you have experience with C2 systems, autonomous systems or military platforms, as well as knowledge of common interoperability standards and communication architectures.
Your strengths include an independent, structured and solution-oriented work style, as well as organizational talent, teamwork skills and assertiveness.
Proficient use of MS Office and fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are a given for you; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
A hands-on mentality, experience in multinational research or development projects, and a willingness to travel internationally complete your profile.
