As a Systems Engineer Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our most exciting defence and engineering projects. You’ll assist the project leads in managing the configuration of systems, ensuring they meet the quality and performance requirements. REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in an innovative environment.
• Interest in defence technology, or experience in system configuration/ engineering project is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engineering solutions that matter.
• Develop and manage system architectures, requirements, and validation tests to ensure performance excellence.
• Lead system configuration efforts—defining, documenting, and managing versions and updates across platforms.
• Contribute your insights during technical reviews and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
