As a Systems Engineer at CREAVO, you will work directly with our technical co-founder, delivering exceptional technical support and technology solutions to our diverse range of clients. This role incorporates a mixture of office and home-based working (hybrid) as well as visiting our client's premises.

If you have a frontline customer service background, a strong knowledge of business IT systems, and you like meeting people face-to-face, we'd love to hear from you. About Creavo

CREAVO was founded to build the kind of IT company that owner-managed businesses actually enjoy working with.

We support organisations across the UK, typically employing between 10 and 150 people, acting as their outsourced IT department. Our job is simple: keep their technology secure, reliable and helping them achieve their goals.

We're known for being approachable, proactive and easy to work with. No jargon. No hard sell. No hiding behind tickets. Just good people doing good work.

We're not a corporate IT company with layers of management, endless meetings and being passed from team to team. We're a growing managed IT provider that works closely with ambitious UK businesses, and we're looking for someone to join us on that journey. What We're Looking For

Above all, excellent customer service and communication skills - we take these things seriously and the right attitude is key.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes ownership of problems and wants to keep learning.

  • You'll ideally have:Excellent troubleshooting skills, resolving issues in an efficient manner and knowing when to escalate if something becomes more complex.
  • Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as customer visits form a regular part of the role.

  • You'll also have experience with:Microsoft 365, including (Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive/SharePoint, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID and Intune).
  • Networking theory (IPv4 stack, Wi-Fi, Switching, Firewalls).
  • Windows Server (Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, File Sharing).
  • PSA platforms (ticketing system) such as HaloPSA and Autotask.
  • RMM platforms (remote management) such as Datto, NinjaOne and Connectwise.
  • ITIL framework basics, service level agreements and triage.
