Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Act as the primary focal point for all Validation and Verification (V&V) activities within the project
  • Define and maintain the Validation and Verification Plan in alignment with project requirements and milestones
  • Develop, maintain, and release the Verification Control Document (VCD)
  • Organize and lead Verification Control Boards (VCBs) to ensure effective tracking and closure of verification activities
  • Manage the preparation, review, and release of Test Specifications and related documentation
  • Oversee and coordinate verification activities using IBM DOORS, SIEMENS Polarion, or similar requirements management tools
  • Actively participate in project meetings and technical reviews (progress meetings, milestone reviews, customer reviews)

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in Validation & Verification, Systems Engineering, or AIT, ideally in the aerospace sector
  • Solid understanding of the full engineering project life-cycle, from concept to delivery
  • Proficiency in using requirements management tools, such as IBM DOORS and/or SIEMENS Polarion; experience with similar tools is also valued
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex verification activities independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
