Your tasks

• Analysis and consolidation of existing requirements from applications, Jira, Confluence and other documentation sources.
• Transferring existing requirements into a consistent, transparent, and actionable project backlog.
• Creation and maintenance of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Structuring and technically breaking down complex requirements into implementable work packages.
• Technical clarification of open requirements with stakeholders, departments and requestors.
• Preparation and moderation of workshops, voting sessions and refinement meetings.
• Documentation of assumptions, risks, dependencies and open issues.
• Support for release and roadmap planning through the structured preparation of requirements.
• Ensuring a continuously maintained, sufficiently detailed and actionable backlog.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or in a comparable role in the field of software development.
• Solid experience in the analysis, structuring, and consolidation of requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of creating epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and refining backlogs.
• Safe handling of Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in dealing with specialist departments and IT teams.
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to identify gaps, contradictions and dependencies in requirements early on and to present them transparently.
