Description
Support the design, development, integration, and testing of internal capital software applications tailored to enterprise and defense-specific environments. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and interface control documentation. Conduct system modeling and requirements analysis to define key operational and performance parameters. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine system design and ensure compatibility across platforms and processes. Provide technical inputs for risk assessments, trade studies, and decision analysis. Ensure compliance with DoD standards, such as RMF (Risk Management Framework), and assist with security accreditation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve system engineering challenges during development, testing, and deployment phases. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 8 years of experience in Agile project management and/or systems engineering within a defense or DoD environment. Working knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and systems engineering processes. Proficient in using Agile collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with DoD policies, standards, and security frameworks
