JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Modern Workplace Systems Engineer to join our team!
In this role, you’ll have the chance to show your technical skills and creativity while managing workplace services and device management in our environment. If you have a high level of expertise in device management (MDM) especially Intune and/or Jamf, we want to hear from you!
Bonus points if you have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management (MDM).
• Strong knowledge of software deployment, security policies, compliance
• Experience with networking concepts (i.e. TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune and Jamf management tools; Linux client management is a plus.
• Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Skilled in scripting with PowerShell and Bash
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Business fluent English
• Knowledge of IaC principles (Terraform), Python or similar language, experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment are all a plus but not required.

• Design and manage Windows, and macOS workplace environments.
• Configure and utilize Microsoft Intune for Windows, Android, and iOS.
• Configure and utilize Jamf for macOS.
• Packaging and supporting user applications for the above-mentioned platforms.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
• Using PowerShell and Bash for day-to-day tasks.
• Supporting the service desk with L3 requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolving technical issues related to the overall MDM configuration independently.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead and contribute to new and ongoing projects.
