JOB OVERVIEW

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of software systems and IT devices after sales. This role ensures smooth project implementation by collaborating with the Solutions Architect Team to plan and design solutions that meet client requirements. To stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies, the Systems Engineer must participate in vendor-led training to continuously update their knowledge and technical expertise. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional customer support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical expertise in software systems, IT devices, and system integration.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT solutions.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills for tracking implementation and support activities.
• Willingness to attend vendor training and certifications to continuously enhance technical skills.
  This role is critical in ensuring seamless post-sales support and system implementations, making it essential for delivering high-quality IT solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
