KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create business models, logical specifications and/or user requirements to develop solutions for the application environment–10%

· Create and maintain test environments that mirror production dental care systems for accurate testing.

· Designing, coding, and testing software applications based on specifications and requirements given in the confluence documents.
· Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright. Implemented BDD practices using Rspec and Capybara.
· Conduct root cause analysis of test failures and suggest solutions or enhancements. Using version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes and collaboration

· Participate in scrum meetings and coordinate with Business Analysts to understand the business needs and implement the same into a functional design-20%
· Participating in Agile or Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
· Contribute to the design and implementation of testing strategies for both frontend and backend systems.
· Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
· Manage source code, prepare test data, tests and debug programs; revise and refine programs to improve performance of the application software-15%
· Analyzing user requirements to determine system features and functionality for the applications.
· Debugging and troubleshooting software defects and performance issues updated in the JIRA.
· Maintaining and improving existing software systems by adding new features or optimizing performance.
· Perform execution of functional test plan, validate test results, prepare documentation & data for analysis-15%
· Perform API testing and validation for dental care service integrations using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
· Conducting software testing and validation procedures to ensure system reliability.
· Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
