What we’re looking for: Experience: 2 years as a Systems Engineer in defense, aerospace, or other high‑criticality environments. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. 2 years of experience in systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or high-reliability environments. Strong understanding of requirements engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and systems architecture. Experience with tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, or Cameo Systems Modeler. Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware/software integration, and communication protocols. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. What will your responsibilities be? Analyze and define system-level requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Design and document system architectures, interfaces, and integration strategies. Coordinate and lead system integration activities across hardware, firmware, and software domains. Develop and maintain technical specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and system design descriptions. Support verification and validation (V&V) processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure technical coherence and delivery milestones. Participate in risk analysis, trade-off studies, and design reviews. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO/IEC). Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools. What we offer you?
