Description

Assignment Description: We are looking for a Systems Engineer with an interest in requirements definition, requirements analysis, requirements breakdown, and ensuring assurance regarding how these requirements are tested and verified. In a relatively small and flexible organization, you will have a great variety of tasks, work throughout the entire project lifecycle, and have the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects while playing a central role in delivering new defense capabilities with high quality. Examples of work tasks: Requirements analysis and identification within active and upcoming projects Requirements breakdown and allocation to ensure clear requirements for the correct subsystems Establish requirements traceability to ensure assurance between requirements, design, implementation, and testing Develop verification strategies — determining where and when subsystems should be tested to ensure a functional final delivery Prepare test specifications for different subsystems ahead of testing events Execute and analyze test results to ensure that the system functions according to requirements What you bring: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics Ability to analyze complex systems and identify issues at an early stage Ability to write clear technical reports, requirement documents, and test plans Experience working in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams Understanding of Systems Engineering processes including Requirements Analysis and Specification, Traceability and Change Management, Test Methodology, and Strategy Excellent command of both Swedish and English This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations.
