MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Systems Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our customer. ● Designs server and application architectures; performs administrative operation and maintenance functions of server hardware and software ● Maintains system security and executes common practices and procedures; monitors usage statistics and logs ● Institutes troubleshooting and incident response procedures. Troubleshoots system related problems. ● Recommends future direction or projects to management. The Systems Engineer Senior must have: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
