This role is in the DroneShield Sydney headquarters in Sydney CBD. There are approximately 300 staff based in the 4,000sqm facility today, scheduled to grow to approximately 400 staff by end of 2025. Overseas on the ground presence includes USA, Denmark, Mexico, and UAE, as well as distributors in over 70 countries globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE
DroneShield is on the lookout for a Systems Engineer to join our innovative product development team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Quality Engineering Manager, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing, niche market.
This role will see you contribute directly to the development of current and future generation products through effective requirements gathering, analysis, management and execution on these through collaboration with the engineering development teams. If you’re someone who has a passion for product development, building complex systems through a deep understanding of stakeholder needs and empowering engineering teams to work towards common development goals while being afforded a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for these outcomes we’d love to talk more.
