Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in IT related discipline
• 3 to 4 years experience in System Engineer role and experience in end user desktop support is a must
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent technical knowledge of destop, laptop and mobile devices and peripheral accessories
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 35 and any other authorised destop applications
• Configure and install various network devices and services (eg. firewalls, VPN, WAF)
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Experience in managing Cloudflare WAF and DNS
• Experience in managing Firewall Policy, VP

• Manage/ maintain and setup (if required) VMware/Linux, SFTP/FTP Servers
• Manage/ maintain and setup web services / site on IIS and Apache (Linux) and JBOSS EAP.
• Manage capacity planning for all Linux based servers.
• Manage systems administration, maintenance/patching and performance tuning or Windows Server OS Windows 2019 (AD, DNS, DHCP, File, SMTP).
• Provide fault management and high availability of IT equipment.
• Provide helpdesk support to business users.
• Coordinate with internal/external team for problem resolution e.g. customer.
• Security hardening and patching according to company or client’s security policies.
• Ensure proper backup is performed and data backup can be restored on periodically basis.
• Proactively respond and attend to system alert messages send monitoring server.
• Perform systems (Wintel Servers and Workstations) hardening, upgrade and patching when required.
• Establish and monitor appropriate internal processes, procedures, enforcements mechanisms and involve in audits requirements.
• Asset tracking and management.
• Internal VA scanning annually using Nessus and follow by the fixes
• Manage/Setup Microsoft Office 365, Intune MAM, Symantec Email Security
• Manage, maintain and setup ManageEngine products such as Endpoint Security, Log360, AD Self-service, AD Audit
• Manage and maintain for Sophos Products such as Anti-virus, Server Protection, Device Encryption.
• Perform Cybersecurity Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation quarterly
• Support branch offices in Malaysia or other countries remotely when required
• Perform Tech refresh for Users’Desktops, laptops and servers infra when require
• Troubleshooting network connections (eg. MPLS, internet) problem between offices (local and and overseas) and between members at Data Centers
• Work with Security Team on the security requirements
